Spring isn’t just the season for broken bones; back injuries and spine injuries are also in peak season. No matter how often we tell ourselves to “lift from our legs” and “stand up straight,” a lot of time we don’t follow that advice.

1. Overworking while gardening. It’s been awhile since you pushed that mower or weeded the flower beds.
